Susan Tramontana began the company with over 17 years of experience in the Restaurant Industry.
Susan began her experience in 1980 with TGI Friday's, Inc. where she was involved with every position and aspect of the Front of House operations for over 12 years. Susan opened 30 restaurants for Friday's all over the world. During her time at Friday's, Susan also became a Regional Field Trainer for 22 locations. Responsibilities for this position included overseeing all training from Host to Manager in every location, writing and approving corporate training material, and implementing new standards and procedures. Susan then was recruited as Director of Training for a Red Robin Franchise Company where she created and implemented a complete training program for all positions of the restaurant operation. She opened one location for Red Robin as Director of Training.
Susan attended and completed a 2-year certified program of Hotel and Restaurant Management at Golden Gate University, San Francisco. Since QSC's conception in 1995, the company has grown to represent many multi-unit concepts throughout the US and Canada.
Amanda Clarke comes to QSC with over 12 years in the restaurant industry with TGI Friday's, Inc. She filled many positions in all aspects of the Front of House operations and then became a Corporate Trainer for 5 years. Amanda traveled to over 80 locations implementing new procedures. She was responsible for the installation and training of POS systems, and participated in over 20 new store openings as trainer and corporate liaison. She was a crucial participant in the development of training material and procedures for all Front of the House positions.
Now with QSC, Amanda brings her knowledge and expertise to our Southern Division.
Shawn has over 17 years as experience managing multiple retail locations. She has managed anywhere from couture bridal gown showrooms to affordable children’s clothing. She is a force to be reckoned with when it comes to multi-tasking!
Shawn comes to QSC with experience in almost every type of business out there including restaurants, kitchen and bath designers, interior design, property management and much more.
Jeanne has over 22 years experience in the Hospitality Industry. Her most recent stint for over 8 years at Western Franchise Development conditioned her for multi-tasking and enhanced her excellent communication skills. She is the true coordinator of QSC! Jeanne has been an Associate of Quality Service Control for over four years.
Jeanne manages and coordinates all of our shoppers and clients on a monthly basis. Her attention to detail is unsurpassed. She literally speaks with every shopper, guiding and coaching them in the arena of Mystery Shopping.
Eddie is our man behind the machine! Eddie comes to us with over 10 years experience on the computer scene. He also has put in his time with the service industry. So the combination of the two…great service with great knowledge. If you have a question, he has the answer.
